Behavioral Progression serves as an approved practicum site for ABA students that attend University of South Florida (USF), Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), and Vanderbilt University.

The BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Therapists of Behavioral Progression utilize a team-approach and uphold company values and ethics in all situations, from designing programs and training caregivers to professionalism and decision making. Team members support and encourage one another to exude positive and compassionate interactions with others.
Behavioral Progression team members are encouraged and supported during their pursuit of continuing education and certifications in the field of ABA. An internship program is available for students and individuals who are interested in gaining ABA knowledge and experience, in hopes that they will find a passion and pursue a career in the field.
Behavioral Progression strongly believes in providing high-quality, ongoing training to support our team members with personal goals and to continue the development of professional growth within our company culture and behavior analytic skills at all levels.
Behavioral Progression strives to adequately prepare team members to make smooth transitions from their current credential to next-level credentials by developing competence and confidence in their implementation of behavior analytic and professional skills. While team members are completing undergraduate and graduate education in ABA, numerous opportunities are presented to increase behavior analytic skills and potential by gaining hands-on experience working on behavior analyst level tasks while receiving support and supervision from Behavioral Progression’s amazing supervisors. The ultimate goal for all team members is to provide training and support from entering into the field to becoming a well-rounded BCBA while providing socially significant change and improvement for clients and families. Opportunities for professional growth within the company are available for team members as well, including leadership opportunities within various company departments and involvement in special programs.
Behavioral Progression provides effective, evidence-based behavior services and improves the lives of individuals with all abilities as a result of the dedicated and supported team members with a love and passion for both the field of ABA and helping the clients we serve.

Internship Program
Behavioral Progression offers a unique Internship Program. Our Internship Program is geared towards individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while working towards obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Interning Behavior Therapists in our program develop the skills and learn the responsibilities of the RBT role. During our program, Interning Behavior Therapists have the opportunity to learn fundamental ABA knowledge, work alongside ABA professionals, receive supervision hours, learn and implement behavioral procedures and programs, and be a part of an amazing ABA team!
